Verpama Baby Tray

The BabyTray is a compact addition to the well known larger TrayFormer and BlissFormer. The only small thing about the BabyTray is its required space. Not small is the BabyTray’s possible box speed. The BabyTray is used for trays out of 1 blank. Due to its small footprint the BabyTray is most probably one of the smallest tray erectors available in the world. Beside its size the BabyTray uses a lot of the well known technologies used for decades and the same processes in the large TrayFormers, but is cheaper and yet extremely efficient. The BabyTray can be used for simpler cardboard designs without folds and stapling bars up to a blank size of 800×800 mm.
